Foreign Policy for Idiots

So, despite our international allies advising him not to, Trump is bailing from the Iran nuclear deal—more like violating the agreement—because it allegedly doesn’t go far enough in pressuring Iran to refrain from developing nuclear weapons. Actually, it’s because it was an international achievement by the Obama administration and we all know Trump would try to dismantle the cure for cancer if the Marxist Muslim from Kenya was behind it.

Meanwhile, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is in North Korea setting up Trump’s summit with Kim Jong Un, a meeting whose purpose is to convince North Korea to restrain from advancing their nuclear program under threat of sanctions. Hmm. That sounds familiar. Anyone think North Korea will trust the US after seeing Trump renege on the Iran deal?
