Hard to argue against someone committed to keeping our country safe; easy to despise someone so committed to executive power he will manipulate that trust to sanction incredible cruelty for executive powers sake. That Dick Cheney is actively making news after attempting to bestow monarchical power upon a president elected by a narrow majority while a Republican minority in Congress deafeningly bellyaches is today's notable irony.Amen, brother.
