Bob Barr Weighs In On Current US Attorneys Scandal

As I mentioned a few days ago, the fan's about to splatter. This is what former Republican Congressman and former US Attorney, Bob Barr had to say about the current US Attorneys scandal:

"...the Department of Justice is being used as a political football by the administration..."

By the way, if the Democrats manage to lose the 2008 election--which short of Gore (yes, I said Gore) or Obama getting caught having sex with a little boy, is practically a done deal--they should close up shop and go home. Seriously.

Oh, and call me a dreamer, but I'm hoping for a Gore/Obama ticket. Like the man (Paul McCartney) once said, "That would be something...."
